The Severity of Alcohol Dependence Questionnaire (SADQ or SAD-Q) is a 20 item clinical screening tool designed to measure the presence and level of alcohol dependence.〔Stockwell T, Murphy D & Hodgson R (1983). The severity of alcohol depend ence questionnaire: Its use, reliability and validity. British Journal of Addiction, 78(2), 45-156. 〕 It is divided into five sections: * Physical withdrawal symptoms * Affective withdrawal symptoms * Craving and relief drinking * Typical daily consumption * Reinstatement of dependence after a period of abstinence.〔Raistrick, D, Heather N & Godfrey C (2006) "Review of the Effectiveness of Treatment for Alcohol Problems" National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse, London http://www.nta.nhs.uk/publications/documents/nta_review_of_the_effectiveness_of_treatment_for_alcohol_problems_fullreport_2006_alcohol2.pdf〕 Each item is scored on a 4-point scale, giving a possible range of 0 to 60. A score of over 30 indicates severe alcohol dependence.〔http://pubs.niaaa.nih.gov/publications/Assesing%20Alcohol/InstrumentPDFs/60_SADQ.pdf〕 Some local clinical guidelines use the SADQ to predict the levels of medication needed during alcohol detoxification〔http://www.harrogatehealth.nhs.uk/gpguidelinesupload/GP%20Guidelines/Prescribing%20guidelines%20for%20alcohol%20misuse%20disorders%20Executive%20summary.doc〕 ==See also== *Paddington Alcohol Test *AUDIT questionnaire *CAGE questionnaire 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Severity of Alcohol Dependence Questionnaire」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
